My interest in painting started about 17 years ago and over the years I attended numerous fine-art courses. My interest in abstract painting developed through my love of vivid and vibrant colours applied with big brush strokes and palette knives.

My paintings always produce a dramatic atmosphere with lots of movement. Some of my paintings have been exhibited at the Bettles Art Gallery in Ringwood and my painting "Waterfall" recently won first prize in the SAA abstract category art competition . I paint on large canvases in oil.
