Jan Fowler - artist

I have held a lifelong interest in Art, selling a few pieces of work. I returned to full time education to undertake a Foundation Art and Design course and eventually qualified with an HND in Graphic design. Since then I have been self employed in an alternative crafts business and am now working full time as an artist and illustrator.

My work is inspired by nature and the elements, life cycles and the female form. My current work is a celebration of the divine feminine in all it's aspects, an empowerment of womanhood. I live in Norfolk where I am working to encourage women to explore their own power and creativity. I have a deep interest in Community Art, particularly for the disadvantaged.
