| Demonstration Topics | Gouache and Mixed media are what Susan likes to use whilst demonstrating rugged landscapes and wildlife. | Career | Susan Crossman Jones has demonstrated for a number of years. She studied at the Carmarthen College of Art but considers herself to be self-taught. Susan is a very popular teacher who holds classes throughout the Amman Valley. Her time is filled with teaching students who then go on to Access courses at the local colleges. She teaches in all mediums including pencil, both soft and oil pastels, gouache, charcoal and mixed media. She regularly shows her own work in galleries around the country including Celtic Manor. She is hoping to be able to spend more time demonstrating once she curtails her teaching classes. Currently, her time is very limited but if she can fit in the odd demonstration, she will. She enjoys painting rugged landscapes and wildlife. She has been recommended by several art societies as a superb demonstrator in gouache and mixed media. |
| Club Facilities Required | Likes to have an overhead camera system if possible and would prefer to have an easil provided. She brings all her own art materials. |
