| career: | I have worked in many areas of art including illustration, photography, animation and textiles, so I have many different skills to pass on to learners. I teach in adult centres for Cardiff Council in Watercolour, Drawing and Painting, and Drawing For The Terrified!!! I also teach privately, give demonstrations, run workshops and enjoy organising sketching day trips around Cardiff. I love leading painting holidays, we always have so much fun! I visit Cornwall, Croatia, Greek Islands, Caribbean and organise holidays here in Wales too. I have also worked onboard cruise ships in the Mediterranean and Caribbean as guest artist lecturer where my lessons are always very popular. In my own work I am equally happy painting landscapes & life models, animals & abstracts, I just love to draw & paint. I am currently experimenting with acrylics and mixed media and enjoy finding new ways to express textures. I sell my work online and exhibit locally. |
