I gained a BA Hons in Fine Art Printmaking from West Surrey College of Art and Design and have since worked on commissions from all over the world. My works have been exhibited countrywide. I have my own range of greeting cards and I have taken workshops with children which have led to designing art projects for festivals and an on-line children's store.

My work is concerned with flowers growing naturally and the inter-relationship of plant forms in nature. Poppies, lilies, clematis and anemonies dominate my work, along with the close-up aspect and fine detail found in nature.

Recently my work has diversified to include architectural features which complement the vibrant colours of plants and flowers that have always fascinated me and I find watercolour to be the perfect medium to capture all these qualities.

I am currently working on a series of local shop fronts and find that producing work from different subject matter enables me to return afresh to painting natural art forms.
