| Meeting Place | The Society meet on Wednesdays 7.00pm - 9.00pm at the Clydach Vale Community Centre, Clydach Vale, Tonypandy, Rhondda Cynon Taf, South Wales |
| Activities | The Society started as a group in the local college under the guidance of Bill Wheeler and when they decided to form a Society they had 7 members which has now grown to have 21 members. They meet every week and during each month they hold a competition, the members have to paint a picture of a certain subject which is chosen at random. Most meetings are taken up with painting and sharing advice, tips and techniques. Every two months, the Society invite a professional artist to give a demonstration to the members. Visits are arranged to other art festivals and exhibitions, and the Society also hold a large exhibition during November. (See exhibitions page). New members are welcome. |
